        Walking has always been part of the life of Man, it is a vital and essential activity, it goes without saying. Yet, in Western countries, with the urban lifestyle, many people have a pedestrian activity reduced. The car, public transport, taxi, etc. Come naturally to diminish our use of walking. Where our grandparents walked to work or shopping, we use our car or transportation.

 

        Maintaining regular physical activity in our daily lives is important and recommended for maintaining good health. And to do this, walking is an alternative to this need. Accessible, easy, saving, hiking offers many benefits:
